If no EULA applies, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use the software only in connection with the Services and these Legal Terms.

Software, license keys, and related documentation are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You accept all risk arising from use or performance. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, lease, share, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass license controls except where permitted by applicable law.

We may revoke or terminate a license key if we suspect fraud, disputes, abuse, resale, unauthorized sharing, violations of these Legal Terms, or violations of third-party terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to:

13. In-Game Suspensions and Bans

NextMarket is not liable for any in-game suspensions, account bans, hardware bans, lost progress, lost virtual items, lost virtual currency, or platform restrictions that may occur as a result of using software, license keys, or related products. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

All purchases made through our store are final. Before purchasing, you must read the product description and confirm that the product is compatible with your machine and intended use.

Fraudulent payments and disputes are not tolerated. If we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or an unauthorized dispute, your license key may be terminated immediately and we may request verification.

14. Reseller Disclaimer and User Responsibility

We may act as a reseller or distributor of third-party software license keys and may not be the developer, manufacturer, or operator of the underlying software. Buying a license key does not guarantee compatibility, availability, legality, or functionality in every game, application, platform, or environment.

Compatibility and functionality may be determined by the software provider and may change at any time without prior notice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with third-party game, platform, and service terms, as well as all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The legality of game modification software varies by jurisdiction. In some countries, including but not limited to South Korea and Japan, the use, distribution, or possession of such software may be restricted or prohibited by law. A purchase from NextMarket is not a representation that use is legal in your jurisdiction.

No refund will be issued for account suspension, ban, incompatibility, unsupported hardware, third-party update, product detection, or legal restriction in your jurisdiction. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand the risks and assume sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.
